Stray Animal Complaint

Use this service request to report a stray animal. A stray animal is an unleashed animal not in the presence of an owner and does not pertain to wildlife which cannot be defined as strays. If the animal is wildlife CACC will not respond unless the animal is injured or vicious as it is protected by state wildlife codes/laws.
